Layered Bean Dip

Can you believe that this year is almost over?! I feel like it has just flown by. With New Years just two days away I thought I would share a quick and easy appetizer that would be good to serve at any party. I love layered bean dips and the best thing about them is they are gluten free! So in my opinion it is a PERFECT appetizer to bring or serve at any party! You can always serve the layered bean dip in a 9x13 casserole dish, trifle dish, or even individual shots.
Layered Bean Dip

Ingredients:
2- 16 oz cans of refried beans
1 package taco seasoning
2-7 oz packages of wholly guacamole (you can use any brand of guacamole or make your own)
16 oz container of sour cream
15 oz jar of salsa con queso
1- 2.25 ounce can of sliced olives
2 roma tomatoes diced
1/4 cup sliced green onions
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese or mexican cheese blend

Directions:
Layer 1-In a bowl mix the refried beans with the taco seasoning. Once the taco seasoning is fully mixed in spread the refried beans into the bottom of a 9x13 casserole dish.
Layer 2- Spread out both packages of guacamole on top of the refried beans.
Layer 3- Spread the 16 oz container of sour cream on top of the guacamole.
Layer 4- Spread the 15 oz jar of salsa con queso on top of the sour cream.
Layer 5- Sprinkle 2.25 ounce of sliced olives over the salsa con queso.
Layer 6- Sprinkle diced roma tomatoes over the olives.
Layer 7- Sprinkle 1/4 cup sliced green onions over the tomatoes.
Layer 8- Sprinkle 2 cups of shredded cheese over the bean dip.
Keep bean dip covered and chilled until ready to serve.
 Serve with tortilla chips.
