Chicken Sour Cream Enchiladas

Chicken Sour Cream Enchiladas
 
Mix Together
 
1 can Cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 C diced Chicken
2 oz Green Chili's diced (optional)
Chopped onions.  I just toss in a quarter cup or so of dehydrated ones
Salt and pepper
3/4 soup can of milk
1/2 pint Sour Cream
 
 
1 dozen corn tortillas or flour tortillas whatever size you want
3/4 lb grated cheese.  I just use however much looks good.  Probably more than I should
 
Pour 1/2 the mixtrue in bottom of cake pan.
Put cheese in tortilla and roll.
Pour the rest of the mixture on top
 
Bake 350 Degrees for 1/2 an hour or until cheese is melted.
