Banana Muffins

Banana Muffins 
3-4 ripe bananas. (The darker the better)
1 1/2 cubes of softened butter
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 C sugar
2 eggs
2 C flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 C buttermilk
1/2 tsp salt
Crumb topping:
1/2 cup Powdered Sugar
1/2 Cup flour
1/2 Cup oats
4 TBSP melted butter
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. In your kitchen aid or bosch mash your bananas. Once your bananas are mashed add the remaining ingredients in the order they are listed.Fill cupcake pan with liners or Grease your muffin tins and fill 2/3 full with batter. Make crumb topping by mixing all of the dry ingredients and mixing in the melted butter. Sprinkle crumb topping on top of the batter.  Bake for 23-26 minutes or until golden brown.
